Our Exciting Opportunity

We are looking for young professionals for a period of 12 months to fulfill the role of Junior Integration Engineer in Izmir, Turkey. For the first 2 months you will take part in an intensive training program and from the 3rd month start remote delivery on major projects whilst been shadowed by your mentors.

Our aim is to attract and guide the most talented, innovative, and creative technology minds to work as Radio Access Network Integration Engineers.

We are looking for young professionals who have graduated in the past year in any of the following areas: 

Electronics Engineering, Computer Science / Software/Computer Engineering / IT or Information Systems / Networks Engineering, IT& Engineering degrees with a focus on Telecommunications

What you will be doing

  • Remote delivery on major project rollouts
  • Linus and programming
  • Site type design (detailed Visio drawings of all types of sites relevant to the project scope – fiber and RF connectivity diagrams)
  • Script preparation (requiring a detailed understanding of the product’s MO structure)
  • Method of Procedure preparation (good technical writing skills)
  • Integration support to field teams during the site activities (usually using over the counter chat application and remote secure connection to live network)

Knowledge, skills and proficiencies in related areas

  • Delivering results & meeting customer expectations

You will need excellent planning and organizing skills
