Dear Students,

I will try to reflect my observations from RSNA 2018 congress and my visits to research centers in South Korea (such as UNIST)  to draw an outline of the current trends in IEEE socities in order to  determine the state of the art methods (special focus on radiology and autonomous driving fields)

The talk will be held in Lecture Room A on Friday, December 7th, and will consist of three parts:

1. Grand challenges and emerging application of deep models (examples on radiology and pedestrian detection) (9:30-10:15)

2. Ensemble and Fusion Systems: Advantages and Pitfalls on Machine Learning (10:30 - 11:00)

3. Future Trends and Possibilities on 3D Visualization (11:15-11:45)

The talk is mandatory for 4407 students and all individuals are welcome to joint at any part.
